Q. How do I change or cancel my order?
A. Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement, it will not always be possible to make changes.
Q. Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
A. Buy with confidence on our site built and hosted using Amazon's technology.
We have teamed with Amazon to make ordering SAFE and SECURE on our site. By using Amazon technology at Checkout, your order is secure and backed by Amazon's A-to-z Guarantee, which guarantees your purchase, the condition of the item you buy and its timely delivery.
How does it work? Simply, use your existing Amazon account during checkout to order products from our site. If you don't have an Amazon account, it's easy to set up. Add the products you want to purchase to your cart and create your account during the checkout process.
Q. Do you do back orders?
A. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible. Out of stock orders will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested.
Q. Do you have a catalog?
A. We only have a 'virtual' catalog. Our entire product line is online.
Q. Do you charge sales tax on any item?
A. Sales tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, especially orders being sent to California.

Q. How long does it take for you to ship my order?
A. We ship usually ship the order within three business days.
Q. Do you ship to a PO Box? Or Military APO/FPO addresses?
A. We only ship via USPS (Post Office).
FAQ / Technical Questions
Q. The letter M of size 7M means man’s shoe size 7?
A. The letter M in shoes is the designation for Medium. This is not an Amazon controlled definition. Size and Width is common for all shoes.
Q. How do you convert a man’s shoes size to a lady’s shoe size?
A. Shoes fit differently. Our best rule of thumb is a two-size increase. A men’s 9 converts to a women’s 11. Please check our conversion chart for more information.
Q. What is the difference between Patent, PU, Stretch and Leather material?
A. Patent, either patent leather or patent pu, the latter being a man made material, has a very shiny, almost mirror like appearance. Pu, short for polyurethane, is a semi-shiny to non-shiny man made material designed to be less expensive than leather. Stretch, either patent or pu, is a thin, stretchable material, which allows it to fit to the contours of the feet or legs. Leather, usually having a supple and comfortable feel and with a texture pattern, is the highest quality material of all used in shoemaking.
Q. How can I remove glue marks on the shoes?
A. Use lighter fluid. Ordinary lighter fluid applied to a white rag will remover the glue. You can also use glue thinner which can be purchased from any shoe repair shop.
Q. How can I clean a shoe in patent material that has been on display and collected dust?
A. Use Patent Glow, which is one of the accessory items we sell. Do NOT use water or alcohol as they may rid the material of its shininess.
Q. How can I change batteries on light-up shoes?
A. Peel up the silver sock lining material where the ball of the foot touches, carefully remove the lighting mechanism, replace the old battery with the new one, place it back, and, using hair dryer, blow hot air at the back of the sock lining material where the glue was for a few seconds, then firmly press it back.

Q. I need to exchange to a bigger size should I pay for the shipping?
A. Yes, The US customer has to pay for the shipping but the replacement is sent back with free shipping. The international customer is responsible for all shipping fee.
Q. Should I send back the merchandise by UPS?
A. No, Any carrier is OK. The UPS, USPS (Post Office), Fedex etc.
Q. I would like to change to a different style.
A. We will refund to the customer when less expensive item is chosen. Also, the customer has to pays for the difference when a more expensive item is requested.
Q. How can I pay the difference when I choose a more expensive item?
A. We accept major credit card, money order and PayPal. Amazon customers have to let us know how they are paying because we don’t have any of the customer’s credit card information.
Q. I received defective item should I pay the shipping?
A. Please call us at 1-310-830-2929 if you received wrong or defective merchandise. We will issue a UPS Electronic Return Label. The UPS Electronic Return Labels are issued only when the return is either due to shipping error or a manufacturing defect.
Q. I don’t have original box. Can I still return the merchandise?
A. Returns will NOT be accepted if the returned merchandise is not in its original
package.
Q. In what condition should I send the merchandise back?
A. In order to perform your best all products need to be just right and must look new. Carefully repack the item(s) you need to exchange or return into its original carton. Do not tape, write or draw on the original shoebox. Please do not ship original shoebox itself. Use a 2nd box or special wrapping. Otherwise it may get damage and there will be a charge if this happens.
Q. What if the shoes don’t fit, can I return them?
A. Yes, as far as they are unworn, in original shoebox and within three months of the invoice date.
